To achieve intelligent manufacturing, we need to overcome three major obstacles
At present, the global manufacturing industry is in the process of transformation and upgrading, but China must steadily advance in light of its own national conditions. Experts pointed out that China's intelligent manufacturing should be carried out around "data-driven intelligent manufacturing".
At present, there are two main tasks for the intelligentization of China's manufacturing: one is the intelligentization of a single point, such as CNC machine tools, robots, 3D printing, etc.; the other is the global intelligentization of single-point collaboration. At present, the following three problems that hinder the development of my country's intelligent manufacturing need to be solved:
First, the intelligent manufacturing standard and specification system is not yet perfect. The imperfection of my country's intelligent manufacturing standard and specification system is mainly reflected in two aspects. First, the top-level reference framework of intelligent manufacturing is lacking. my country has not yet established a complete top-level reference framework for intelligent manufacturing, and the logical progressive relationship of the intelligent manufacturing framework layer by layer is not clear. At present, the German Electrical and Electronics Industry Association has released the reference architecture of Industry 4.0 and defined Industry 4.0 components, laying the foundation for enterprises to develop future intelligent products and business models. At the same time, the US Industrial Internet Alliance, led by ATT, Cisco, GM, IBM, Intel and other companies, is building an industrial Internet reference framework from seven aspects, including physical systems, sensors and actuators, equipment management, data management, analytical services, applications and integration, and business systems. Secondly, the key technical standards for intelligent manufacturing are not yet unified. The specific development paths of key technologies such as the Internet of Things, intelligent equipment and robots, big data, cloud computing, and software related to intelligent manufacturing are not clear enough, and the corresponding standards and specifications have not yet been unified, resulting in poor compatibility between products of different manufacturers and high integration difficulty.
Second, the industrial Internet architecture system needs to be cracked urgently. The industrial Internet is a centralized networking of multiple heterogeneous networks that realize the interconnection of equipment, products, and people. It is a network of networks.
The heterogeneous networks in the industrial Internet include wireless communication networks such as RFID, Bluetooth, Zigbee, WiFi, and cellular networks that are suitable for different communication distances and have different communication protocols, as well as wired networks such as the Internet based on TCP/IP protocols and dedicated protocol local area networks. There are significant differences between different heterogeneous networks in terms of network architecture, reference framework, data structure, response mechanism, addressing method and other communication protocol contents. If the integration problem between heterogeneous networks cannot be solved, the interaction, storage and mining of industrial big data will be restricted, and the value-added services of the product life cycle will also be affected. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the transfer mechanism of gateways between heterogeneous networks and establish a unified industrial Internet architecture system that can integrate different heterogeneous networks.
Third, the traditional industry management model is not compatible with the new model of "Internet + Manufacturing". The institutional mechanisms and management models of the industrial era are not compatible with the new model of "Internet + Manufacturing", which is mainly reflected in three aspects.
First, there is the incompatibility between traditional production relations and emerging production relations. The vigorous development of new things will bring shocks to existing rules. The country has not responded enough to the innovative development trend of "Internet + Manufacturing", lacking long-term strategic thinking and effective management models. The current manufacturing policy is still a continuation of the old industrialization thinking, which may hinder the development of "Internet + Manufacturing" in terms of regulatory standards, administrative approval, etc.
Second, there is the incompatibility between the accelerated cross-border integration of the industry and the fragmented industry management system. "Internet + Manufacturing" is not just the business of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, but a big article with highly coordinated and coordinated planning by all government departments. At present, the government information promotion department is still in a subordinate position in the technical and tool level of the entire government system, lacking the ability to cross departments, cross industries, and lead the overall situation. This will lead to the formation of information islands between relevant departments and make it difficult to adapt to the trend of major industrial changes brought about by "Internet + Manufacturing".
The second is the growing demand for sharing basic information resources and business collaboration and the incompatibility of regulatory methods. The high degree of collaboration in all links of the upstream and downstream of the manufacturing industry chain has put forward higher requirements for the establishment, opening and sharing of basic information resources such as corporate credit databases, industry databases, and legal person databases. At present, my country has not yet established a business collaboration guarantee mechanism and regulatory method that can cope with the sharing of basic information resources in the industry, which seriously restricts the open sharing of information resources upstream and downstream of the industry chain.
